Group & Team Sessions
Sticking to a fitness regime takes a lot of commitment. But as with all things in life it becomes a lot easier when you have someone by your side. People tend to perform better when paired with workout buddies.
At ProSport, we conduct team sessions where you can bring your own group or join one of ours. Working out together adds a sense of comfort and ups the fun quotient. It also increases tolerance levels and pushes you to work out harder. Group sessions also inspire and challenge members to sweat it out more. Apart from traditional workout session, we also have Yoga, Zumba and Pilates for the groups. So grab your friends and head to us for a fitter life. The more the merrier.
